Service

Kwhit provides EV charging screenshot recognition, charging and ownership expense tracking, vehicle management, range trends, monthly reports, AI Insights, achievements, Driver Card, mileage alarms, and (for Pro) optional iCloud sync. Kwhit does not provide charging, payment, or invoice services, and is not a charging operator.

Free & Pro

• Free: Up to 8 charging records and 5 ownership expenses per month; 1 vehicle; basic monthly summaries; 1 active mileage alarm per vehicle (no recurring or advance notice); on-device achievements, Driver Card, and Instant Coach basics.
• Kwhit Pro: Unlimited charging and expense records; multiple vehicles and scope switching; full monthly reports, charts, share images, and CSV export; AI Insights; iCloud sync (charging, expenses, vehicles, range snapshots, achievement unlock state); multiple/recurring mileage alarms with advance reminders; and other advanced features. Actual entitlements are as shown in the in-app paywall and Apple subscription pages.

iCloud Sync (Pro)

Pro users may enable iCloud sync to store selected data in Apple’s iCloud private database. Sync requires iCloud sign-in with the same Apple ID; it excludes screenshots, Driver Card theme settings, and mileage alarm settings. Availability depends on Apple iCloud service status. Achievements, Driver Card & Mileage Alarms

• Achievements, Driver Card, and mileage alarms are auxiliary logging features — not OEM warranty, service-contract, or safety-driving advice.
• Mileage alarms and AI Insights are estimates based on data you enter; you are responsible for any actions you take.
• Driver Card share images are generated and shared only when you choose to do so; we do not post on your behalf to third-party platforms.

Subscriptions

Kwhit Pro is an auto-renewable subscription managed by the Apple App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple. You can manage your subscription at any time from your Apple ID subscription settings.

OCR Recognition

OCR results depend on screenshot quality and charging provider interfaces. Users are responsible for reviewing recognized information before saving a charging record.

Limitation of Liability

Kwhit is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kwhit is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from OCR inaccuracies, data loss, service interruptions, or third-party service failures.
